Review Details

I scheduled a 90,000 mile tune up at AutoNation Chevrolet Valencia recently and asked to have my brake pads looked at. I had to leave my truck the night before since I start work very early in the morning. I was very pleased that my service advisor, Steve Johnson, called me about an hour before my appointment time to find out exactly what I wanted done. I let him know I definitely wanted the tune up and was worried I needed all of my brake pads replaced at the same time. Steve let me know what he would take care of first and would let me know about any brake service needed once it was looked at. Got a call once I got home from work, letting me know my truck was ready and not to worry about the brake pads just yet and will check them on my next oil change. Steve even called me back when I asked for a total price before I was able to pick up my truck. I appreciate the attention I get when I have my vehicle serviced there and don���t mind paying a little more (if that���s even true these days) for peace of mind and knowing the job is being done right.
