Aaron, who smiled at me early in the morning, had excellent customer service. He went out of his way to make sure I got the coupon discount I had to look for in my multiple emails. He applied it prior to my car oil change being completed. He was very polite and compare to the representative across him, where the way he answered a customer on the phone was rude and unprofessional. "I am tired of this customer calling he does not understand we are busy" extremely harsh and rude. It was sad to see that kind of customer service from anyone so early in the morning
