I went to the dealership to find out what to do with a recall notice for my 2020 Silverado. When I talked to Kirk in service he checked with the technician and said if I had 45 minutes he could get the job done for me. I have never had that kind of experience in a dealership before. In under an hour I was in my truck with the fix done and on my way. Excellent service!!!
