I had an oil change and tire rotation (the first for my Tahoe) and could only get it in after 3 pm. Joe O. warned me it might take an hour and a half. So I walked to Barnes and Noble thinking I had a lot of time to kill. Not the case. Joe and the team got my car in and out in no time and even gave the truck a bath. Couldn't have been happier with the service.
