John was very helpful and kind. He treated us like a family who need a car and not just a sale. He never pressured us or made us feel like we couldn’t leave. He listened to what our budget was and helped us get the car we needed to fit into our budget. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we didn’t have any more before we left
