In late November I visited AutoNation Chevrolet looking at Silverados. I wasn���t sure which trim level or body style I was looking for and wasn���t exactly sure which items came on which trim level. I had visited two other Chevy dealers near me and I���m not sure the salesman new any more than I did. However, while on the lot in Valencia I met John, the salesman who came out to greet me and my wife. I knew the minute I spoke to John that he was exactly the type of salesperson I was looking for. I had several question for John. I���m not sure I���ve ever dealt with a car salesman that knew all the answers. From trim level to packages to add ones, he was able to answer everything. John was extremely polite and gave my wife and I room when we walked from truck to truck. I have bought over 30 new cars in my lifetime and I never look forward to the process. I always feel the salesperson with say whatever the need to, to sale me a car. That���s why this time was my best experience yet. We test drove a truck with John and talked more about the different models. I realized that I wasn���t exactly sure which trim and accessories I was looking for so John and I exchanged numbers and he told me he would reach out in a few days to see if could help me further. I talked to John a few days later and he said he thought he might have the truck I���m looking for. My wife and I came back to the dealership a few weeks later and test drove a white LT Trailboss. John told me about all the features on the vehicle and after test driving it I knew this was the truck for me. John made the entire process very easy. He was extremely knowledgeable on the paperwork for financing and explained everything as we went along. I���ve had my truck now for a few weeks and I���ve talked to John a couple of times about something I didn���t understand with the truck. Again, he knew exactly what I was referring to and assisted me in the fix. Not only is John a very knowledgeable, polite and courteous salesperson, he���s also a very good person. I want to personally thank John for a wonderful experience buying my truck. I will definitely pass his name on to anyone I know looking for a Chevy vehicle.
