Confirmed Sales Customer
I dealt with 3 different sales people. Aaron took my call Sunday night for an appointment Monday. Aaron was not available when I arrived. Andy helped me out, he was good and knowledgeable. The following day, we were back with dealing with Aaron who was not good and not knowledgeable. He wasn���t responding my calls about payment options, stated he had everything prepared for our arrival and didn���t. Had to have me submit my documents multiple times, claimed our tank would be filled when we arrived and it wasn���t. Claimed I would get a bow and didn���t. Andy said I could Fedex the papers to my co-signer, but Aaron would not let that happen and kept trying to switch the days we were able to come in. John was very helpful even though he was unfamiliar with our previous experience he made the deal better. He had
