Amazing experience at AutoNation Chevrolet Valencia!!! I have already highly recommended them to my father and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks. We were interested in leasing a new vehicle and had been speaking to many sales reps from different dealerships (not just in Valencia, also in the SF valley, Palmdale and Fillmore...). It was such a frustrating and stressful experience... nobody gave us a straight answer and some just lied. Until I decided to contact AutoNation Chevrolet Valencia. They were TOTALLY different. I e-mailed them and they got back to me right away. They weren't pushing me to come to their dealership and were willing to give me an estimate via e-mail which is what I wanted (We really didn't want to waste anyone's time if the numbers didn't work for us). Jennifer Nazario (sales manager) was amazing... she gave us a very clear estimate with many options that could fit our budget and answered all our questions. We set up an appointment to visit the dealership (but honestly were still worried about hidden fees etc. due to our previous bad experiences). We were running late on a Sunday, we got there about 20 minutes before their closing time. Alexis Steele (Sales Associate) was already waiting for us at the door. We apologized for being late but she was super nice and didn't make us feel rushed at all. She took her time showing us the vehicle and explaining all the cool features. When it was finally time to "negotiate"... I was shocked that she came with a print out of the SAME EXACT estimate that Jennifer had e-mailed me... no extra fees, taxes, drive offs... nothing! Total transparency. We were able to work out a great deal and Alexis stayed with us all the way until the end (way after their closing time!). She was very sweet and made us feel super comfortable. It didn’t feel like we were buying a car really… it was a very smooth process. Also wanted to thank Michelle, the finance manager, who was kind, patient and took her time to explain everything even though it was late. So overall a GREAT experience with Jennifer, Alexis and Michelle!!! My husband and I are SOO grateful for the wonderful service 😊
