I was able to schedule an appointment the next day after experiencing an issue with my key getting stuck in the ignition. I met with Joe Orellana and explained the issue. He spoke with the mechanic and they were able to fix the problem. Joe kept me updated throughout the day on the status of my vehicle. I appreciated that the issue was resolved quickly.
